This year is fully of the bad news  like dissapperance of the aircraft MH370, followed by MH17 that was shot down. What can I say about this year is for the aviation business not so lucky . Hope next year can bring more joyful and makes a lot of happiness.

Financial Management Should Be Taught In School

There’s a saying that says, money makes the world go round. Hate to point out the obvious, but it is true. In this new era, money is what it takes for the society to keep on surviving, well, except for having happiness and religion etc, but that is beside the point. The point here is that, the world is a competition and we need to educate ourselves, from young, on how to keep our financial balance on stable platform.  Thus, the Education Ministry should take note on some of the reasons why they financial education should be taught at school, namely, instilling a good financial management from a young age, reducing individual financial crises in the future and creating an economic savvy society.

         I do agree that parents should carry a bigger role in teaching their children on things such as saving money and not spend on unnecessary things, but it is also the government’s role in further educating on the theories of having good financial management. It is vital as it actually prepares the future generation to be more aware of the harsh reality. Moreover, when we give them an education on managing their finances, it will help them in the future in terms of having the cash for further to secondary or tertiary education. Therefore, for the betterment of the future generation, is it ideal to educate them at school about having a good financial management.

        Day in, day out, we see news on young adults has gone into bankruptcy. At the start of their young life, they have negative balance in their bank account and still owing. Having rents to pay, bills to settle, mouth to feed, etc, bankruptcy would be the last thing anyone could ever want. This is an issue we would not want our generations to have. A way to avoid this is by training them from small the benefits of saving and managing their money because at the end of the day, they will be the one who is going to enjoy that. By doing this, it will therefore reduce individual financial crises and simultaneously creating a happy living condition.

Creating an economic savvy society does not mean society that gets involved in stock market, investment or the index. But it is a society that is capable to support their respective families and still have enough money for the future and also is able to give back to society and do well.  It also means that the society is able to comprehend and understand on the nation’s current economic background. By grasping the financial knowledge, it leads to a society that does not spend unnecessarily and therefore developing a better country.  Thus, the significance of educating young children on financial is obvious as it would benefit the advancement of the country.

        To conclude, before understanding the whole concept of financial management, it is a good idea for us to come hand in hand and educate the younger generations on having savings and such. The need to introduce these types of knowledge to them not only will widen their mind but also teach them to be prepared for the unknown future. It is hoped that the Ministry of Education take this proposal to action in order to foster a broader minded generation that will be the pride and forefront of the nation.

Who would have thought that we’re actually going to bump into our blind date partner after a disastrous date with him or her while vacationing in South Africa?  Let’s catch "Blended" starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore to see how things escalate after that date. The synopsis as below :

Aquaretro In Putrajaya

School Holiday Breaks just around the corner. The parents should spend time with their children. Recently, when I read The Star newspaper, I found the article about Aquaretro in Putrajaya. So unique, vintage and 'chill' environment when  I put myself at there. Please take note it was my imagination. The article as below :

" Visitors to Putrajaya can add boating to their list of fun activitites that they can do with their family and friends. Aquaretro is a new attraction at the Putrajaya Lake Cruise in Precint 1, where visitors can navigate the boat themselves. It is easy to navigate the boat with one simple button to turn the power on and off. Recreational boaters only need to know how to turn the steering wheel. The navigation is easy enough that even children can try their hand at steering the boat.

Each visitor will be given a life jacket and a short briefing by the boat operator before cruising on the largest man-made lake in Putrajaya for 40 minutes. The boat can travel less than five miles per hour or 1.5 knots. Model like a classic car, Aquaretro  is fast becoming a favourite among the visitors to Putrajaya.  The boat service began operations in February. The boat designs were patented in Miami, Florida and installed in Beijing, China. The boat  is environmental-friendly because it uses battery power. It needs to be charged for 9 hours.  Each boat can operate for six hours if each trip takes 40 minutes.

It is a fun activity that both adults and children can enjoy. The rates are RM50 per boat (with Mykad) and RM100 (without Mykad) for 40 minutes. One boat can fit four adults. 2014 March Session MUET Results Out

The results of the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) for the 2014 March Session involving 36,100 candidates will be released on May 5, Monday.

Candidates could obtain their results from the respective schools or at their institutions of study from 10am, while individual private candidates would get their results via post, the Malaysian Examinations Council (MPM) said in a statement here today.

According to MPM, the candidates could also check the results of their tests via the Short Messaging Service (SMS) by typing MUET RESULT Identity Card No. and sending it to 15888 or surfing the MPM portal http://mpm.edu.my from 10am on the same day.

"Those candidates who are unhappy with their MUET results can appeal for a review of the results by paying RM70," MPM said.

The closing date for the review appeal is on May 16 and further information on the matter could be obtained via the MPM portal.

Meanwhile, the online registration for MUET for the 2014 November Session via the MPM portal or http://online.mpm.edu.my would be open from Monday until July 25.

What is rotavirus?

Rotavirus is the leading cause of severe diarrhoea in infants and young children. Rotavirus infects and damages the cells of thesmall intestine leading to gastroenteritis – rotavirus is the main cause of severe, dehydrating diarrhoea in young children. Rotavirus is a democratic virus because every child, rich or poor, may be infected in the first few years of life. Even in places with clean water and good sanitation, children can be infected. Almost all children will have been infected with rotavirus by the time they reach 5 years. A study indicated that 86.1% of rotavirus gastroenteritis cases occur in children aged between 3 and 35 months

How is diarrhoea caused by rotavirus different from diarrhoea caused by other infections?

It is often hard to tell the difference as the symptoms are likely to appear the same. However, the symptoms of rotavirus infection are often more severe than other viral and non-specific causes of diarrhoea.9 Symptoms may include:

• vomiting and may last up to 8 days
• severe watery diarrhoea (up to > 10 episodes a day)
• abdominal pain
• fever

Watery diarrhoea & vomiting from rotavirus infection may lead to dehydration (loss of body fluid). Untreated severe dehydration can cause serious health problems such as organ damage, shock, or coma (a sleeplike state in which a person is not conscious)

Reasons Why Money Was Introduced In the Economy

In developed market economy, all the exchanges involved in distributing the goods and services produced in “the real world economy” require the use of money as a medium of exchange. 2.  Barter system failed to provide the “double coincidence of wants”, which means that a person must not only establish contact with someone who has the same but the opposite wants.  This means that a person who wishes to exchange a book for a magazine must find someone else that has a magazine. They must also agree that the book and magazine are have an equal value.

3. The barter system wasted time and energy in searching the market or to find a person in order to establish the double coincidence of wants.

4. The above process of searching for double coincidence of wants results in an unnecessary search costs or transactions costs.

5. Barter system prevents the development of specialization decision of labor and the large-scale production which provide the foundation for the productive efficiency and range of consumer choice available in a modern monetary economy.

Stay Fit

In this post I’m wanted to be your consultant physical trainer since I read an article about stay healthy makes you be powerful. I’m just guessing about the title since there is no title about it. Many of us do not get the kind of day-to-day physical activity that we need to stay fit. 

Conversely, we become unfit because of lack exercises during the free time that we have. Physical activity means any movement of the body that is made by skeletal muscles and requires energy to accomplish. It also means the ability to do physical activities that can be measured by determining one’s endurance, power and flexibility. Staying fit is a great bonus to life and can lead you become a happier and healthier person.

By staying fit and healthy, you not only look and feel better, but you can decrease the chances of getting health problem like diabetes, heart attack, hypertension and high cholesterol later on in life. There are four types of exercises that you can do that I’m taken from the article that I have read:

1. Endurance

These exercise boost heart rate and breathing over a period of time. They are good for the heart,lungs, and circulation. They also help prevent or delay some diseases. For instance are walking, swimming, running and many more activities done without stopping for a period of time.

2. Strength training

Some examples are weight training or body weight exercises such as push-ups or pull ups. Lifting weights make older adults strong enough to do what they need to do and like to do. I’m strongly agreed with it. It is absolutely true!

3. Balance

These exercises help prevent falls, a major cause of disability in older adults. Try practicing balancing on one foot trying to increase the length of time one is able to do with it over time, and then add some movements of the eyes or hands to make it more difficult.

4. Stretching

Some examples are flexibility exercises, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, anything that makes you try to increase the range of motion of a joint. These exercising will help keep the body limber and flexible (be sure you have a sturdy chair to grab on to).

There are many helpful strategies to keep fit and stay healthy that can be done with dedication and ambition. “Exercising, Maintaining a Balanced Diet, Gaining Willpower, and Motivation”. Let’s do it!

Hi there. The hero is coming back! Captain America is one of my past favorite movies. Since today have a lot of hero in movies, I change my mind drastically. Well, to those love Captain America, The Captain America: The Winter Soldier in cinemas 27 March in 3D and IMAX. Let’s read the synopsis.
